Set with 44 round brilliant diamonds totaling 0.33 carats, and a .50 G / SI2 round brilliant diamond as a center stone. Available in 14K or 18K rose, yellow, or white gold, as well as platinum. The Yanai can be set with a center diamond up to 1.20 carats in size.
